Literature Class.

We had our Lit Class yesterday and we discussed two poems about writing poems and interpreting them. Then, our professor gave us a task to write a poem about a certain topic. Drumroll please.....

...

"The weather today."

OK. Wut. Weather?!

Not my finest hour. That is one of the hardest poem I had to ever write! I mean, I'm a decent writer but I'm not an excellent one.

I wrote a really weird poem entitled, "Secret". I've been going through a lot lately and I've been keeping it inside of me for too long. I love how I use writing as an expression of my emotions. I'm still contemplating on what my poem symbolizes and means but I've got a clear image in my head.

A girl seated at the edge of her seat watching the rain pouring on the other side of the glass. A tear trickles down her cheek as she bats her eyes. Slowly, she bows down her head as reality sets in.

What do you think of the image? The poem is on my Silenced Mind blog. Anyway, I'm still contemplating on what secret she's keeping, but my theory so far is that she's dying of an illness. Yeah. That sounds fine.
